SQL*Menu 5.0 calling stored procedures

Is it possible to call an Oracle 7 stored procedure from SQL*Menu 5.0? Right now SQL*Menu is giving me a the following:
Error 313 at line 11, column 4: 'TEST' not declared in this scope Error: Statement ignored
