Information Management Analyst
Argonne National Laboratory, located near Chicago, Illinois seeks an experienced system analyst to coordinate technical database activities for environmental assessments and restoration projects.
The ideal candidate will have considerable knowledge of commercial database software packages such as Oracle and dBase and of computer programming languages such as Fortran and C++. Candidates must also be skilled in designing, constructing and documenting technical databases. Extensive knowledge of personal computer and workstation hardware technologies and of client-server approaches to database design, including network systems is essential. A B.S. with 6-8 years experience or a M.S. and 2-3 years experience is required.
