Opinions wanted on oracle's SQL*TextRetrieval

Im looking at Oracle with SQL*TextRetrieval for a database for our company's Technical Support people. Does anyone have any experiences with the SQL*TextRetrieval product? Is it stable? How hard is it to integrate with front ends such as Uniface or Omnis?
