you might look at Datura's Desktop DBA tools - I think that Datura has now been acquired by .... Platinum Technology??

interesting Oracle after-market acquisitions lately:

1.  Datura by Platinum
2.  PTI by Legent
3.  EcoSystems by ...  Compuware?

seems to me that Kumaran is a prime candidate... wonder if good ol' C.A. is circling around??
