Lost ability to export/import

On Friday, I upgraded one of my 7.0.11 databases to 7.0.15. I thought everything was working fine, until I tried to do an export today. I'm sure there's a script or two that need to be run, but I'm not sure which. I did run catexp and expvuw, but that didn't fix the problem. Here's the error message I get after typing exp, name, and password:

EXP-00008: ORACLE error 604 encountered
ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-00942: table or view does not exist
EXP-00222: 

System error message
EXP-00000: Export terminated unsuccessfully

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
