OR7 Pro*C static sproc calls - problems?

Is there a problem with Pro*C under Oracle7 (HP/UX) and the calling of PL/SQL stored procedures? We seem to be experiencing problems with non-dynamic, non-immediate sproc calls. Dynamic calls work just fine.
