Help with CASE Designer 1.1 fonts

Hi folks. I am running CASE Designer under Sun/OS and just got some new X-Windows software for the PC. I installed the CASE Designer's fonts and all seems to work well except for the following. Any characters in the CASE Designer's menus come up garbled. All other text in dialog boxes and elsewhere comes up fine.
Has anyone seen this ? Could it be the X-Windows emulator is a bit flaky with these fonts ?
