Forms 4.0 Resource File & Visual Attributes

How do I set up a visual attribte (VB) in the fmrpc.res (Forms 4.0.12.) resource file so that I can call it from within my form? (I have tried just about everything but dancing & chanting to the gods.) Ideally I don't want to have to worry about setting up three or four VB's every time I am about to create a form. I would like to automate the form development process as much as possible.
