Sure, you can pay either Lotus or Oracle $195 (US) for the datalens driver. My info on the pricing is about a year old, so your mileage may vary.

Rumor has it that in version 3.0 of Approach for Windows (now in beta) that links to 123/Win will be real tight and the preferred way to get data out of/into a foreign database when using 123/Win. I mention this because Approach 2.0 which I use, connects quite nicely with Oracle, tho' it does have a limit--which I've never run into--of 10 joined tables for a query/report.
