Oracle6 + Netware 3.11 + 64Mb =frequent stack-dump and abends?

We have Oracle V6 running on an HP Vectra with 64 MB ram and about twice a month it abends /w stack dump. There appears to be no apparent reason for this, has anyone else had similar experiences? Any ideas/cures?
