Windows 3.11 and Oracle 7

If anyone out there can help me with this problem it would be much appretiated. When using Oraccle's data browser to connect to a oracle database on a Novell server I am getting a error message that reads

	BRW-15387: Login Failed 
	ORA-06468 NETSPX SPX get local target failed.

I look for this error number in the Oracle manuals but it is not listed. I should metion that data browser is a Windws version supplied by Oracle and does work on machines running Windows 3.1.
