Looking for DBA to join firm

I'm part of a "Systems Integration" firm looking to hire an Oracle-experienced Database Administrator (DBA) for a salaried staff position.

We are an organization of approximately 100 people, with offices in the Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, and Chicago areas. Our business is focused on manufacturing automation systems (including plant-floor automation, manufacturing execution systems, and production planning and reporting systems). We work with client/server and mini-computer architectures, and have a bit of interface work involving mainframes. Our Clients include Fortune 500 manufacturers in metals, food, and pharmaceuticals, located primarily in the northeastern quadrant of North America.
