Current Menu in FORMS 4.0

I use REPLACE_MENU to switch to another Menu in FORMS 4.0. Later I'd like to return to the previous Menu. Is there a way to get the Menu currently in use (Module Name and Menu Name) to use them as Parameters to REPLACE_MENU at a later time?
