If you SAVE the form in the database then it is a <fairly> trivial excercise to format the FORM_ tables into nice & usable reports. I've done it in SQL*Plus. The hardest part was analyzing the join criteria - it's kind of like picking up somebody's undocumented database and... ;->
The tables, and their names, have changed from 2.3 to 3.0 - but not too much. Mine even dumps procedures, form, block & field level triggers, etc.
