SQL Forms 2.3 and 3.0 --- Listing OTHER THAN .inp----how?

Refering to my previous post, is there some software that gives a "more structured" listing of all the triggers, validation selections, etc. rather than looking at the .inp file? The .inp file (especially in 2.3) seems to lack modularity/program flow.
