There are several things you can check. First and foremost, make sure that the product was installed correctly. Mare sure the SYNONYMS and GRANTS are correct and inplace. Next, there is a script in the $ORACLE_HOME/sqlreport/admin area that is designed to change the configuration or add users etc. That would be the next place to look. When all else fails use the shotgun method. Grant select, insert,update,delete to all SRW_% tables.
