Did you make the changes to the /etc/system file for shared memory ..... etc. ?.

What is your net ? TCP/IP

Did you add orasrv to startup and a entry for port 1525/tcp ?.

Need a little more info on your system.

I have several solaris 2.2 and 7.015 servers installed.
