sqldba on xterm anyone?

I would like to run sqldba on an xterm window. There is a resource file called tk2cxterm.res. When trying to run sqldba with TERM set to xterm, it asks for another resource file called dbacxterm.res.

Oracle distribution seems to lack this resource file. If anyone is succesful in running sqldba on an xterm window, I will appreciate if they can share their expertise with me. If there is lot of interest I will summarize.
