I am on a DEC 433MP under SCO UNIX. I have no trouble with a statement like:

    create database ordbf logfile 'log1' size 512k, 'log2' size 512k     datafile 'ordbf.dbf' size 15m

Are you sure you don't already have an existing database of the same name as the one you're trying to create?
