   They should work O.K. Occasionally, Oracle has said    that only SPECIFIC versions of Novell patches should be    used. I know this applies to Oracle 7 on Netware.

   Check the dates of the NLMs included with Oracle6 and    those included with Netware 3.12. If the same, then you    are O.K. just make sure the proper NLMs are loaded. If the    dates are different, then give the newer patches a try (i.e.    the ones which come with Netware 3.12)

    When I was using Oracle 6 on Netware 3.11, I never did load     either NLM and all was well so perhaps they have changed     something in maintenance release.
