last week i posted a message about memory deallocation problems with CALL_FORM() in SQL*Forms4.0.

i got the following response from keven neel:

> I think that the SQL*Forms team really tried to clean up memory

> should get them to fix it and give you a patch.

well, i am still worried, specifically because of one of the 'restrictions' listed in the Forms4 reference manual (3-30 of my copy):

Some memory allocated for CALL_FORM is not deallocated until the Runform session ends. Exercise caution when creating a large stack of called forms. (quoted from the manual).

my question is -- what constitutes "...a large stack of called forms"? 20? 100? 10,000?

anyone gotten into problems with this?

thanks.
