I had similar problems using SQL*Net for Windows with FTP's PC/TCP 2.2. I could connect with Oracle's stuff but Q+E 5.0 bombed. I solved it by doing the following:
- Copy the file ORAUS.MSB from \orawin\rdmbs to \orawin\dbs
- Make sure command 'SET CONFIG = \windows\oracle.ini' is in your autoexec.bat
- Add the path \orawin\bin to your autoexec.bat path statement.
