Problem with FORMS30 and IBM3151 terminals

I've got a problem with IBM3151 terminals on an IBM RS/6000 machine

When i try to run a simple form (SQL*FORMS 3.0) on a terminal of this type, every time the form must display a graphic character i get an Oracle error: "UNDEFINED ATTRIBUTE" and i cannot see the form completely. All is OK when I use the same form with a DEC VT220.

Versions:
IBM RS/6000 Model 350
AIX 3.2.1
ORACLE 6.0.36.3.2
SQLFORMS 3.0.16.11.2 I know it's a stupid problem, but it's my problem!
