Hi! Could anybody tell me what are the available front-end development
tools and end-user tools which could be used for development in the
MS-Windows environment for access to ORACLE 7.1?
The system that we are going to develop will be running in the Client-Server
environment. It will also have functions for text retrieval. The Text
Retrieval Package that we may be using is Topics.
Please let me know what are the strength and weaknesses of each front-end and
if there is any local support here in Singapore.
