OS/2 REXX interface for ORACLE somewhere ?

Is there any place where one can get an OS/2 REXX interface to ORACLE (like the interface wich exists under ORACLE for VMS) ?
It would **greatly** enhance the usability of ORACLE-databases in OS/2-environments, like
- retrieving data for spreadsheet analysis,
- retrieving data for merge-letters,
- retrieving data for different smaller applications (like queries to library data, telephone registers etc.)
Are there any plans within ORACLE to provide such a biest for OS/2 ? (All of IBM's relational databases are provided with easy to use REXX-interfaces !)
