I am playing with a product called Data Junction, (Tools and Techniques, Austin TX). It's designed for data conversion; it is relatively inexpensive (less than $500 for the full-blown UNIX version, the DOS version is less) and so far works well. It will convert, permit editing, and reformats the files from/to most databases and file formats. You import or export data into the DJ hub, then specify how you want data delimited or organized. If your doing large volumes of data conversion, you might want to try this product. Their number: 512-459-1308
