URGENT help needed on oracle Opsys choice

We just got a compaq proliant dual pentium that will be our oracle server in the very near future. We need to support sqlnet 1 IPX/SPX on it, and I was wondering which
operating system for oracle is the best for this kind of environment. We are currently considering netware, but it doesn't support multiprocessors.
What about the following OS'es:
Solaris X86 - does it support IPX under sqlnet 1.x? I know solaris on SPARC didn't but i dont know about solaris PC. Does it support multiprocessors?
Unixware - I don't think this one supports multiprocessors.
Sco Unix - I heard there was a bug in oracle's IPX stuff on SCO. is this still true?
