We have upgraded to AIX 3.2.5 recently, and I noticed the following when starting the listener:
Failed to contact: (ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=tcp)(HOST=venus)(PORT=1600)) TNS-12537: TNS:connection closed
However each base seems to be listened OK (i.e the listener is
listening on every base).
What is more surprising is that the last line indicate that
"The command completed successfully", and we have successfully
accessed different databases from each others... Just as if there
was no problem at all!
However I don't like error messages, and I'd rather know why
I get this one ;>)
If someone can share some light on this... (by the way I forgot to mention that I relinked the listener).
Thanks in advance
Philippe
