OSF/1 Port of Oracle - Schedule?

Where does the OSF/1 port of the Oracle products fit into the porting schedule, i.e. after Sun, but before VMS? after All other ports?
In other words, when a new version of Oracle comes out for Sun, how long will we wait for the OSF/1 port?
Does somebody have the actual order of ports handy?
