Hi There,
A company named "Performance Awareness" has some nifty tools for capturing keystrokes and emulating users.
I've heard some people say it is quite valuable for answering what-if questions when new applications are under development.
I think they are somewhere on the E. Coast. Virginia? N. Carolina?
They advertise in the x journal and unix magazines.
