I'm running Oracle V7.0.12 using SQL*Net V1 on a Sparc1. When I try to use the OPS$ default (e.g. sqlplus /) on the database server, it works fine. However, when I set TWO_TASK on another sun and run the same command, I get:
ERROR: ORA-01004: default username feature not supported; logon denied
ORA-01988: remote os logon is not allowed

I started orasrv with opson.

I'm stumped. I've been pouring through the manuals, but having no luck so far.

Please help.

Peter
