USER EXIT FOR Wingz (or other spreadsheet options)

I would like to provide a user exit to pull up a spreadsheet window from within a SQL*Forms/SQL*Menu application. The user will be calculating a single total value using the spreadsheet, and it would be nice if this value could be passed back to the SQL*Forms application. I was thinking that the spreadsheet file name would correspond to the key to which the single calculated value applied, and that this naming convention could be used in a user exit to pull up the appropriate spreadsheet.

Does anyone have any suggestions on the best approach here. I am open to ideas, (SQL*Calc, stripped down spreadsheet codes, others?) I currently have Wingz, so a user exit for this application would be the easiest from a licensing and implementation point of view.
