We, too, have been running 7.0.12 on one of our SPARCentre 2000s, with Solaris 2.2 (recently upgraded to Solaris 2.3), since August, and have not experienced any major problems so far. The biggest problem seems to be the flakyness of Solaris 2.2(3) NIS+, causing machine crashes, but that's the sysadmin's problem:-)
