Decoding Lock IDs

The DBA_LOCKS view and the lock monitior display Lock IDs (though the monitor calls them resource ids). When the lock type is a DML lock the first lock id is the object id for the table on which the lock is held.
What I want to know is ..... How do you decode the lock ids when the lock type is TX (Transaction)? Put another way, how do I find out what actual row is locked.
