Forms 4 and Reportwriter 2

I keep reading lots of interesting articles about Forms 4 and Reportwriter 2 but my sales rep keeps telling me that they are only availble for MS Windows etc.

Does anybody have any information on new features/funtionality and dates for release on Sun Sparc running SunOS 4.1.X ( not Solaris 2 !! ).
