- An update of a large table with no indexes causes several rows to be created.
- When the load on the machine is high, we've had a couple of instances of a lock being obtained for update by a form, but when the change is being committed, the error "NO DATA FOUND" is reported.
- When the load is high, we've also had this problem happen a couple of times: one process gets a row for update from a table and updates a flag on that row to indicate that it is being updated. Another process obtains the same row for update at the same time.
