Problem with v7 HELP

I just loaded Oracle7 onto our Sun and when I went to fire up HELP it wasn't there. Well, I found helpins in the "bin" directory, ran that and it seemed to work. So, I decided to set PAUSE ON, and do a HELP and some command. That worked also until I decided to do a Ctrl-C to get out. It freaked! It simply repeated the next line of the HELP. I had to kill the process from another window.

I anyone else experiencing this?

Any ideas what it could be? Is this a known bug?
