SQL*Net TCP/IP for Windows version 1.1.7.7B will work for you. You should not have to edit vsl.ini. Just install SQL*Net into its normal Windows configuration and you should be all set. Make sure the TCP_VENDOR parameter in oracle.ini says "winsock".
