Oracle MTS on OSF/1 does not work...

We're running Oracle 7.1.13 on OSF/1 Ver 1.3 on an Alpha
We had trouble with the system running out of file table space after
being up for
a day or two. Turns out the problem is the Multi Threaded Server option
does not
work. The only current fix is to disable it.
