Well, I would say that in general, the support my organisation have been receiving have been good. It is hell of a lot better than it was 2 years ago but they seem to be falling a bit in the quality of service provided these days.

This is mainly due to the fact that they are expanding their team and are putting on 'tender-foots' as their front-soldiers.

To be fair to Oracle's TS, we also use the service of another RDBMS competitor's service and they are not as competent as Oracle's. That does not mean Oracle should not improve their service. Obviously there must be something wrong if we are hearing all this grumble about their service.
