Forms 4 Courses in the UK

I just heard of a contract job using O7/F4, and while I have some Oracle7 don't have F4. But they will take course-only knowledge.

Soooo, after I put the phone down I thought, well why not do a quick course .. can anyone tell me how me how long the courses in the UK last for, where they are, and most important, how quick I could get on one! :-)
