DLLs FOR ORACLE IN POWERMAKER.

Hi guys, I'm new to the net, but I've been browsing around and finding gems of information. Now I find I need someone's help.
I just got a copy of POWERMAKER, but to link to Oracle, it says I need the DLL libraries COREWIN.DLL and ORA&WN.DLL. Where to get these things? Does it cost? What about SQLNet, is it also required to link from PM to ORACLE?
