	If you are using SQL-net on your Oracle database, you can use the 
	SyBase OMNI-server gateway to connect the SyBase server to the Oracle
	server. The Omni server acts like a SyBase server and attach to files
	on both server as if they were local.

	Its not perfect, we have been using it, but it seems to operate in 
	case sensitive upper case only mode.
