O.Financials 9.4 on V7?

Hi there.

We have mpl9.4 running on a 6.0.37 rdbms.

We want to install 7.0.13, migrate the V6 data and then point mpl9.4 at the 7.0.13 dbs.

I looked in the "Oracle Financials Install Guide for SunOS".

I found this topic in the table of contents.

I turned to the appropriate section,
only 1 page on this topic was provided.

Essentially it told me to migrate the data and register the Oracle id's (gl, ap, ar, ...)

I know there must be more to it than that.

For example, mpl9.4 is based on forms 2.3.

Forms 2.3 is not supplied w/ rdbms 7.0.13.

Also, do I need to relink all of my mpl9.4 executables?

Have any of you been through this?

Is it documented in any of your documentation?
