Oracle7 is compliant with SQL89 and Oracle 7.1 is to be compliant with the entry level of SQL89. NIST publishes a quarterly Validated Products List which shows compliance of database products with FIPS 127-1 (SQL89).
Note: Just because a DBMS has been tested and certified on one platform does not mean it is compliant on all platforms.
