Third Party CASE tools experiences

Greetings fellow netters:
Our company is committed to using CASE to develop in an ORACLE environment; we are not so committed to using ORACLE*CASE due to its high price tag. What I would appreciate from you is any feedback on third party CASE tools that support the Oracle database. If you can include the mailing address of the company that you recommend, that would be great.
Some questions I have about the third party tools:
o Does the CASE tool support Oracle 7? If not, do they have a release
date to do so?
o What upper CASE support exists for the database definition?
o Is the database definition automatically generated by the upper CASE
tool?
o What reporting functions and constraint checking does the CASE tool use
for database definitions?
o What generation tools (Forms, etc) does the lower CASE tool provide?
o What reverse engineering functionality is provided?
