Is there any way to set the MAXDATA and/or ARRAYSIZE parameters for ORACLE when

starting up the database. We have large tables we are querying from and    usually run into the 'data exceeds internal buffer' error, so we have to    set MAXDATA higher or ARRAYSIZE lower. Can we set these parameters in    INIT.ORA or something like that, so they take effect when the database is    started? Thanks for your help...
