GENXTB broken in V7 distribution?

Hi,

We are installing Oracle v7.0.13 from CD and cant get 'genxtb' to work properly out of the box. No errors were given during the installation, but when we try to use the program, we get the following:

  % genxtb
  ld.so.1: genxtb: can't find file libosntabst.so

There is no such file in the Oracle distribution (CD) and Oracle can`t give us an solution to this problem reported the 17th of Sept 1993 (call #276.85)

Anybody can help? We need user exit....soon.

P.S: Hacking the existing HOME_ORACLE/lib/osntabst.a into an libosntabst.so

     only gave us more error message about an 'libutt.so'...
