Oracle Performance Tuning has a lot of PL/SQL info in its PL/SQL Chapter, SQL*Forms chapter, the Client Server Chapter and Tuning Long Running Jobs chapter. The information is for a person who is an intermediate to advanced Oracle programmer. It is not a list of commands directly from the Oracle manuals, but more a set of advice on how to best use the product from a performance perspective. It lists standards you should use at your site with a number of undocumented features listed.

Oracle Peformance Tuning - O'Reilly's and Associates

will have its first book off the press on 23rd of September and will be sold at the IOUG.
