Weird Indexname (2nd)

In fact changing the " into a ' gives now an error and the index doesn't get created. I'm working on that but please don't flame me about this. I'll probably end up with creating a agenda.sql file and running sqlplus _at_agenda.sql but this does not alter the fact that somehow indexes can be created in lowercase!
